ive never exoerienced such rudeness in my life, i see other poeples comments i totally agree with them 100%. i do not reccoment this place to anyone whos looking to be treated with general respect. they should fire certain people if they want the company to last. it doesnt even deserve one star lol
The two women at the reception desk are flat out R-U-D-E ... and if you ask why they are speaking in that manner they will give you even more attitude and/or hang up. In person they are not much different either. . Hey girls, If you don't like your job someone can replace you and do a much better job at: 1 .making patients actually want to go to that office 2.feel comfortable 3.being a decent person... Horrible staff. Rude and uninformed. Tina and Margaret (front desk) are two of the worst mannered people Ive had the displeasure to meet. Dont make you feel welcome, not friendly, and sneaky. I have a recording of a phone call of her speaking very rudely and calling my doctor dumb for not sending a referral before I called. Mind you, I called right from my dentists office and they heard everything. Look ladies....Just because you are miserable doesnt mean you have to be disrepectful to innocent patients...Or get another job.... read more
