Clean, fast and friendly
Central Neighborhood Clinic has been a very frustrating experience. There is constant miscommunication, staff seem unorganized, and important information often gets lost or misunderstood. It feels like no one is taking responsibility, and patients are left dealing with the consequences. The clinic needs major improvements in communication, professionalism, and overall service!!!!!
My husband and I are extremely happy with the care we are receiving from Leo and Moses. So far, we have only experienced their support through telephone appointments, but even with that alone, the impact has been incredible. We didn’t know what to expect in the beginning. My husband needed so much support, but he never wanted help from anyone. Still, he truly needed professional guidance to overcome his life difficulties.
