Do not waste your time They are being sold wasting your time and insurance money just to tell you you won’t be scheduled until further notice after many times asking finally saying it won’t be for months
I'm extremely thankful to Dr. Alberts. I was extremely sick a couple of years ago, and in severe renal failure. Dr. Alberts did surgery and put in stints which opened up my renal function. Slowly I got better. I'm extremely grateful for his expertise in hi field, and I thank Jesus for having him basically save my life. Terrible office staff. Never once told me they don't take my insurance after seeing me multiple times. I'm sorry but thats just wrong and unprofessional. When you know someone has insurance but you don't take that insurance and continue to see the patient, who you also know is unemployed that is not right. There are also issues that I won't mention. I am going to have to figure out now how to pay people who knew they would not take my insurance and I was unemployed. I have contacted my insurance company and they are sending ... read more
