Does not respond promptly to issues needing fixed. Water was leaking from the foundation and they did nothing but bring a fan. Many issues I have asked to be fixed never were and ultimately I hired an inspector so I could bring the report to court. Apartment was never professionally cleaned and mold continues to grow. DO NOT RENT from CENTRAL NEBRASKA RENTALS
