The associates at central national bank are outstanding. Im so appreciative of the communication and quality of service. Alexis with the call center again just provided over the top service. I would recommend them to anyone.
There is absolutely no customer service. The inability to assist customers is pathetic. They act as if the customer's are an inconvenience. Do NOT apply for a loan. You will be dispatched to a call center where they are unable to locate your information or find your account by name. They guarantee follow-up in 24 hours but never get back to you. When you request a supervisor, they will tell you no one is available or leave you on hold hoping you will hang up.
