i have been going to central nassau optical for a few years now. i have received nothing short of outstanding service. they offer all the latest styles and services. Vanessa was especially wonderful in helping me pick my glasses. would highly recommend.
Very pleasant staff but my daughter needed 3 rechecks and her prescription still is not right. Also- they NEVER adjusted her glasses or checked how they fit on her. As an a optician myself, I would NEVER hand a patient a pair of glasses without checking the fit and making sure the bend of the temple fit correctly around the ear. They gave my daughter her glasses and the temples were bowed out and the bend was not even correctly fitting around her ear. How do you dispense a pair of glasses like that??They were falling off her... read more
I am a long time customer and the service here is always been great! Friendly staff and the young lady that serviced me a few days ago took the time to show me dozens of frames until I found the best one! Thanks !
