Had an archives tendon I was looked at next day after calling got an MRI within 2 days from their call to hospital was thoroughly impressed with the whole process
Very negative experience. Went in for testing and was denied the blood test I requested. So swabs were done instead. But I was called and told the wrong swabs were used, so i had to go back to redo. Then the swabs were inconclusive, so I was sent for blood work, then I was called by clinic with the results stating everything was negative. Then received my own copy of the results, and they directly contradicted what I was told. Just an absolutely awful experience and such a roller coaster of emotion. Awesome stuff and got in the same day I called
One positive to note: I was able to be seen within the same day, which was appreciated. No one asked to see my health card or ID. The appointment felt rushed and the nurse seemed to have her mind made up about my situation before she entered the room. Minimal investigation, condescending Q&A, I felt my concerns were dismissed. Not thorough, just a “let’s get this over with…”
I am submitting this complaint following two negative experiences at this clinic, with particular concern regarding my most recent interaction. Last week, I contacted the clinic after confirmed exposure to an individual diagnosed with pertussis. At that time, I was experiencing a severe, persistent dry cough and significant pain between the ribs on my left side—symptoms I had not previously experienced with a cough.
