Not welcoming at all. I’ve been here a few times and each time I left feeling uncomfortable or ignored. Most recently, I waited a while just to be greeted. When I finally was, they tried to charge me $20 just for a soak off—no polish, no service, just a simple soak off. That’s excessive. Overall, the atmosphere is uninviting and the customer service is lacking. I won’t be returning.

Everyone was extremely nice and professional! Great massage and services. The nail salon was very clean and sterilized!
Moved here a year ago, so that being said I didn't know of any good nail places. So I called they took walk ins. Brought my two daughters to have their nails done. Also one of them had eyebrows fixed after she 11 year old decided to try and shave them.. It wasn't a long wait and employees we're very nice!!! The girl's LOVED LOVED their nails an Amazing job was done on both sets of nails.. Also the price i was shocked the ticket was only 120$ bc in Biloxi Mississippi they was over 200 for both nails sets So I'm definitely not... read more
