The staff was nice but overall, I will never come back here again was overcharged for a Gel set after we agreed on a price. Also, my real nails were shaved very low to the point anything I touched I felt the burning sensation-and I was also cut during the process on both hands left out bleeding and I still had to pay a little over $80. I have never went to a nail salon before and left out in pain in both hands. They will not answer the phone. I’m trying to get a refund. The number is out of service. Unreal service. I bought my daughter a Gift certificate for a full set we got there and showed them a French tip they cranked the price up 25 more…. They kept taking out said certificate and laughing making My daughter feel uncomfortable as hell. When I walked back in every single person started mean mugging me after one person said something in a language I couldn’t understand. Then you wonder why people are just learning how to do nails instead of paying…. It cost nothing to be kind people!!!!!
Horrible I asked her to do it like the picture like the length and shape at least 6 times had to show her it just see what length and shape I want and got nothing like it at the end I can’t even pick a baby up I baby sit and these are disgusting
This place is HORRIBLE I came in off a recommendation, got acrylic overlay, and within days 1-2-3 nails chipped. When I went back, instead of fixing them the right way, they tried to just polish over the chips like I wouldn’t notice. I showed up at 6:50 (they close at 8), and they told me to come back TOMORROW — like my time doesn’t matter. Then when the lady finally did take me, she was yanking my fingers around and being rough. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I use to come all the time and I stopped! They are rude and talk about you in their language. The nail quality is HORRIBLE and way over priced for the basic stuff they do. They charge for every little thing. They can’t do special designs for nails. They eyebrow techs don’t wax fully and leave hair, don’t put aloe for pain but wipe with alcohol, and they tint for eyebrows are supposed to last 10 days and only last 48 hours.
