I would give zero stars if I could. They are supposed to be open until 7pm and it is 4:35pm and they are closed.

This is the second time I have went there for a mani. I doubt I’ll go back. The first trip I thought she was busy or in a hurry. This time , the same thing. When I say, I do not want my nails clipped, I want to keep the link, but also means don’t file down to the skin! The white tip evidently is difficult to do. One is noticeably thicker, they are not shaped well at all!!

So..... I have had my nails done at this location many times. I say I have spent between $1200-1500 over the last year and a half. They do not use a base coat for gell polish. Which is why the nails flake within the first one week of having them done. Over the many months that I have gone there, there have been numerous customers coming in with the same problem: gell is coming off within the first 7 days.
