I have never put a negative review anywhere before now but this needs to be known. We bought a go kart for my son here a year ago. It came with no warranty whatsoever but they assured us they never had any trouble out of them. We have had multiple issues out of it and then a few months ago the exhaust fell off and warped he cylinder head. Long story short it is impossible to find parts that fit the go kart and when we called for help and advice they were beyond rude and refused to help. people are great. awesome machines to look at. reasonable pricing.
We were the only two customers in the store with three employees. Looked at helmets for 10 minutes and tried on. Not a single person spoke to us or asked if we needed help with sizing. When we left smug employee #1 had the gall to ask if we found what we were looking for. Wouldn’t go back here if they paid me too.
Went into Central Kentucky Motorsport at 3 pm today (Sat). Husband had a flat tire on his bike. They replaced his tire within the hour and we were ready to head home. Awesome customer service!
Just recently visited today. And the staff are good self centered people and will help you with anything.

They was nice and got everything done right
Awesome group of guys bought my 2018 crf450r there not too long ago and all together it was a great experience i saved quite a bit buying from them would have spent almost 4 grand more buying from some of the other places who had a similar bike and they where stock this one had over 3 grand worth of parts and work done to it! And when I hit my limit of what I could afford to spend they cut me a deal so I could get the gear I wanted and didn't have to settle for something else!
