I contacted Anthony at Central Motive about balancing a 19t converted TD04, as it was the only part of the build I could not do at home. He was extremely patient with my multiple questions about the process and what exactly they needed for the balance. I ended up bringing in the turbo to be balanced, as I wanted to avoid shipping charges from Loveland to Denver. After some conflict with getting my turbo balanced. Nic and Jason took over and took care of me and replaced the chra in my turbo and got it balanced to my billet wheel. Stand up guys who care about quality and there work who want to make things right.
Not sure which operation of this company is worse Denver or Albuquerque. Tried purchasing twin turbos for a BMW. Just got the run around. I’m taking my business to California. Can’t even spend money in your own state. Apparently this is the reason for their low overall rating.
Purchased a set of injectors for a customer's 6.0 Ford a month ago. 480 miles later customer complained about a misfire. Any thing could be possible knowing it is a 6.0 Ford. Diagnosed and found DTC P0275 cylinder #5 contribution balance/fault. I performed a contribution, and injector buzz test and found injector to be faulty. When I asked about warranty procedure, I was told I had to remove injector and have them send it out for testing. Process could take up to 4-6 weeks and there was no other option to get customers truck... read more
