The worst customer service ever - for a company that solicited my business. They did not perform. Are unable to find paperwork, yet cashed a check. Quiet rude. Every time I call (since July 2016) there is someone new to speak with. Would not be able to recommend this company to anyone. Owner will not speak to you either. Representatives know they have a 'situation' when they won't give you their name either. Unbelievable.
My family has been treated with the utmost kindness, compassion, and professionalism by your company. We will definitely use you to complete the monument after my dad passes.

I would like to thank Mr. Tony and his very talented and professional staff for a job well done on behalf of the Walker family. The grave marker for my beloved mother was done impeccably. The staff was very kind and patient with me during a very difficult time. Thank you so much for a job well done.
