Today I met Dr. Craw and his staff for the first time. I'm sure I made such a bad impression. I ended up at the wrong address, called, they gave me the correct address, then I went to the wrong building and by the time I ended up in the right office I was 5 min. late. The kind front desk/scheduler/receptionist helped me register. I was taken back immediately and met with the RN then the Doctor. UPDATE March 2026: Dr. Cameron also recently performed said similar surgery on my right shoulder and it feels so much better already. I am beginning my strengthening routines, physical therapy, and am back in the gym again for the first time in about 3-4 years. I was referred to Dr. Todd Cameron to remove a solid calcium deposit in my left shoulder and repair damage/tearing. He did a fantastic job both in pre/post-surgery as well as keeping the procedure as non-invasive as possible to help speed up recovery. I have a similar issue in my right shoulder that will likely require a similar procedure, and I would 100/100 go back to him again for it.
Granddaughter had surgery to repair a tendon. Dr. Cameron and his staff were so patient with a first timer's meltdown. Patience of the saints!! And wonderful results!
Horrible follow-up, after 2 trips from Havre to Great Falls, ordered MRI after other tests, 3 weeks go by and have not heard about approval. I had to call to follow up only to be told that they forgot to order the MRI through insurance... Finally get MRI after 6 weeks from original appointment, only to be told that I will that I will need another MRI since Dr. Cameron ordered the MRI for my neck after I told him multiple times and pinpointed to where the pain was at in my shoulder.
