This place is awful and unprofessional. I paid a lot of money for my contacts for them to give me the wrong ones. When I enquired about the wrong prescription given, Travis promised to look into things on 4 different occasions but never called me. I always had to call him over a course of 3 weeks. Finally I asked to speak to a manager and she said that my contacts are not traceable so there is no way of knowing they even came from them. As we discussed, our invoices from your contact lens order of a year ago show that the proper lens prescriptions were ordered for you. I'm not sure where the mix-up happened as we strive for the utmost in customer service.
Very efficient without feeling rushed. Personnel in every department are friendly and helpful.
