I did not have an issue with this company until nurse Kaylen Kriegr came to visit my mother one morning. The caregiver I had hired had not shown up that morning. I already had my mother up, dressed and eating when Kaylen arrived. I told her the caregiver had not show up and I had issues with several not showing up. I also showed her where my mother had gotten sick during the night. She said she needed to go to the hospital immediately and called an ambulance for a non emergency transport.
