I would like praise the Richmond CMCCU for always going up and beyond. They constantly have their members best interests and needs as their top priority. They are also always willing to do what they can to help you in any circumstances. If you haven't already done so, I would highly recommend joining your local CMCCU location.

Really?? I walked in at 11:30 to ask that something be notarized. Wouldn't take 30 seconds. There are apparently only two people who do it. One was at lunch, and one was " too busy". Nice customer service.......

I have been a member of the Credit Union for 40+ years. I have never been treated at any time with disrespect or no courtesy - even when I was the one that made the mistake and I have made more than my share! Any loans that we took out were at the advertised rates and remained at that unless we changed the terms. We have had loan people make recommendations if they knew of something but the final decision was ours. I can't and won't comment on the issue of hiring and firing but I have never had anything but pleasant dealings... read more
