Don't bank here. I haven't been able to log in on my account since December. They've reset it, I was able to do it one time and haven't been able to do it anymore. I'm closing my account and going elsewhere

My debit card was compromised and I found out because my card was declined at Walmart. So I called the bank and they said they "sent an email". I receive a lot of emails and I was very busy that week so I didn't see it. I think a phone call should have been in order. So I switched banks, but it took 2 trips to Warrensburg and a MONTH to close my account. Never coming here again!
Better than a bank. They have all the bells n whistles without all the excess fees for your financial needs. The employees at the Richmond branch are the most helpful and knowledgeable folks you could ask for.

the construction at the Sedalia branch is complete BS. with only two cars in front of me, I still sat there for 30 minutes. didn't realize until after I left that I had someone else's money. so I had to turn around and go back. I've been with this bank for over 20 years and I really don't want to go anywhere else so I guess I'll just have to start going to Warrensburg to do my banking.
I couldn’t get anyone to answer Friday afternoon. I just tried calling about 3 minutes ago - Member Services and Tellers - and still no answer.
