Dr. Rayford was the only reason that I continued to services at this office. Outside of her, I would have discontinued services at this location a long time ago. When I made appts, I would have to wait in the waiting area 45 mins to an hr before being called back to see the nurse. Also, getting prescriptions refilled was awful. I made a call on 5 different occasions Monday-Friday. On Thursday, I was told I was being transferred to the nurse only to receive her voicemail. I left a voice message for the nurse. I love this clinic, The people there are awesome! And the Doctors & NP are great . MS KEYES she is the bomb! Go beyond helping you with everything... nothing but good things I can say about this clinic as a whole.
Went here just to get a check up for ear pain and woman said I couldn’t be seen because I was pregnant. She tells me my obgyn is supposed to see me for anything that is wrong with me which is false. DO NOT GO HERE.
