I have had the best experience here and surprised at the reviews, I've never had rudeness and my therapist was never absent.
usually have no issues but when i was making an appointment the lady on the phone was just SO rude it’s honestly been having me questioning if i should still go here or not i mean she was just incredibly rude and was making me feel stupid as if i already don’t have issues as to why im literally going here get better people honestly this isn’t the first time either
My son has been supposedly seeing the counselor here. The first one they paired him with was flakey. Never showed when she was supposed to etc. Then it took them almost a complete year to locate another counselor for my son to see. And now this is all virtual which is EXTREMELY hard when my son has ADHD sometimes he CANNOT sit still to even do the appointments. Extremely disappointed in this so-called mental health company. My kid saw their school-linked provider and her insurance got billed. Apparently, the insurance didn't pay all of it, so we got slapped with a big chunk. The billing office contacted me exactly ONE time and when I explained that I don't have the funds at my disposal, he said her account would be referred to collections. No "sliding fee" accommodation, no offer for a payment plan, nothing of the sort. Just "pay or you'll be sent to collections". How is this "ment... read more
