We used Central Michigan Catering for my wedding and we could not have been more pleased with the food, service, communication, and everything in between. Not only was the food delicious, the servers went above and beyond what we thought they were hired to do. They added a skirt to our bridal table, cut the cake, plated and served the cake, packaged up all the leftovers and put them in the refrigerator, and they even bagged all the trash! Definitely impressed with my first time hiring a caterer! Would recommend highly!

We hired this caterer for our son’s wedding and I highly recommend them. Service was amazing from friendly staff, arrived on time, and was very helpful to make the guests feel welcome. Several guests did comment on how good the food was also! Would definitely hire them again!!
I just had them at our reception on July 19th and I have got to say this- whatever it is they put in their chicken for the taco bar has literal euphoric qualities to it. Holy crap its delicious. The staff was amazing, the food was phenomenal, what a thoroughly positive experience. Thank you guys!
We hired Central Michigan Catering, for our wedding (July 2025) and will say without a doubt it was the best decision ever. The food and service was absolutely amazing . We had so many compliments from our guests on how great the food was. Our main dishes was the Prime Rib and the 6 Layer Lasagna which I highly recommend to anyone wanting to hire them.
