Disappointed I am very dissatisfied with the service that I received. Sections of my carpet were skipped, I was overcharged, and experienced theft. When I called to voice my concerns (Thursday morning) I was told the office was too busy and wouldn't get back to me until Monday. They never asked for my name, callback number, or details on the issue...just brushed it off. Cheyenne and Amanda "cleaned" my carpet.
