Very unprofessional and discriminatory experience. A female Realtor from Central Metro Realty called me and refused to help me because I am physically disabled and cannot attend an in-person tour. She even said she “does not help disabled people or military people who can’t see the property before renting.” This behavior violates the Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. §3604) and the Texas Fair Housing Act, which require real estate agents to provide equal service and reasonable accommodations to people with disabilities.
