She was literally the worst phlebotomist I've ever had draw my blood. I could have done a better job with a youtube tutorial. Even though she actually had a good angle a few times, she repeatedly stabbed my vein then asked "oh, does that hurt?" I couldn't believe I had to explain to her that repeatedly jamming a needle into my vein was uncomfortable. I just knew I was going to look like a heroin addict with terrible aim. I have veins that are pretty easy to find. I've never had any issue before with blood work. I give them t... read more
