Love this office. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. Dr. Grobler is easy going, easy to talk to and understand. Highly recommend. They take many kinds of insurance.
I had my initial appointment with Dr. Grobler yesterday November 17th 2025 and I was very happy with the entire experience. The office staff was very polite and professional and answered all my questions. Dr. Grobler was Amazing! He shook my hand and made me feel like he genuinely cared about my wellbeing. I would 100% recommend Dr. Grobler.
No doctor patient relationship at all All he wants to do is give you a referral to somebody else he really doesn't care about you. The staff is very unfriendly the receptionist thinks she's a registered nurse thinks that she can just recommend where I need to go instead of going to their facility This place is a joke it's woke.
Office staff is very rude. I was 10 minutes early for my 10:00 appointment as expected. I wasn’t called to the back by a very rude nurse. I explained my time is valuable and she said in a very condescending manner this is a doctors office. The doctor did not come in to see me until after 11. Wasting over an hour of my time. The nurse was unapologetic and rude. Very unprofessional office. I would definitely recommend going elsewhere.
