I cannot recommend Central Mechanical, LLC. highly enough! We live in Keizer and our heat pump needed urgent service, and the owner, Frank, was absolutely fantastic. Even with short notice, he made it out to our place right away to get everything back up and running. It’s rare to find that level of responsiveness and professionalism these days. Highly recommend Central Mechanical. They came out to fix my AC on a Saturday on a 100 degree day. Great customer service and reasonable pricing. Called them and the next day they were out at my residence. 5 star rating.
Frank is very knowledgable about AC and has been extremely helpful in troubleshooting issues more than once with our aging AC unit over the last 4 years. While 3 other companies have only quoted us for a new unit, not even willing to consider repair, Central Mechanical has helped us keep our current unit going at very reasonable prices. Would highly recommend to everyone!!! Thank you Frank!!!
