i have applied 3 times and have done everything on my end to get help and when calling all they do is play phone tag! i tell them a case is going to time out because on there end because of lack of response. and uploaded everything called a million times left message with my case and its like they dont really care an the state is funding thease workers for nothing! now i just did it a 3rd time as of 7/15/2026 and going back an forth through email with a rep and because its my 3rd time i need the assistance for me and my 2 ki... read more
My application was denied, but no one explained why. I called and emailed for days trying to get answers and never received a response or a call back. People who are asking for help during emergencies deserve better communication and support. I hope the supervisors take this feedback seriously and improve the way they handle applicants.
They never answer their phone or return calls. Not sure what the point of this organization is except being a money grab of taxpayers monies.
They suck would not live in Boston for life of me
