They never answer their phone or return calls. Not sure what the point of this organization is except being a money grab of taxpayers monies.
They suck would not live in Boston for life of me
If I could give this company no stars I would! These people are not helpful at all. These people are rude when you ask for help. Not professional AT ALL! Very long wait time for applications. When you call no one answers the phone. If you’d ever worked here before and need financial assistance they will deny you as a personal vendetta. Highly don’t recommend these people.
They are very quick to deny you and they won't give you all the info you need to not be denied help.
