Recently we took our 2021 Barletta lusso 25ue a $190,000 boat in for warranty to replace the interior, radio, amp, battery switch, both Bimini tops and covers. After 5 months, we got our boat back. Central Marine lied about replacing the amp and battery switch. They installed the captions seat backwards, cross threaded the bolts so bad 1 bolt won't even go in. We bought a World Cat about six months ago and we are not only still happy with the boat, but the overall sales and service experience has been great. I cannot speak highly enough of Kiefer in sales, and Chris in service consistently goes above and beyond.
Central Marine Sales did a great job on the sales side. The buying experience was smooth, professional, and they were knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. I was very happy with the boat purchase itself and felt well taken care of during the sale. The only real downfall is the service department.
