After a ride along with my friend when he took ownership of his new World Cat 320CC, I was so impressed with the service and attention to detail, especially from Jay, TJ and Chris, that I myself became interested in a similar vessel. After speaking to their salesman, Jay, about a boat and trade in, spent an hour taking photos and sending them in. Next day.....no call. Call and speak to "Sales Manager", TJ. He apologizes and says will look at pics and call me back. You guessed it.....no call back. Call next day. Talk to Jay and.....you guessed it. Call back and talk to TJ again......All I can say is that I have been in professional sales for 25 years and these guys are neither professional nor salesmen.
