Felt unprofessional. Had a appointment to look at a vehicle in 2 days. Was told the day of the appointment, that the vehicle had been sold shortly after we had set up the meeting. I live an hour away and had made plans to go visit without being told there was no point. Then a few hours after I was told it was sold, I was told that the sale fell through and they wanted to know if I was still available to look at the vehicle. Besides this, the rep and business were good to deal with.
A great group of people to deal with here I do business with their parts department and the folks are always helpful and smiling a quick to find what I need! They have a wide variety of vehicles on the lot.
Always loving working with Jeff Carter! Bought both my Toyotas there and he always makes it quick to pick up :) and he doesn’t put me in not good vehicles he always knows my budget and picks fantastic cars for me!
