Scheduling here is a mess. I was given a 7 AM appointment and wasn’t told I needed to arrive 30 minutes early. A week later they called and suddenly expected me at 6:30, after I’d already arranged childcare based on the original time. Changing the requirements after the fact is unprofessional. This place is such a dumpster.
They will not inform you of any bills you have and send you to collections! When you call them to try pulling the bill back or working with them they refuse! Disgusting!!! Plus they have mice in their ER waiting room... that's seriously just the beginning
If zero stars could be given, they would be. Prime, the company that bought this hospital, is ruining this hospital. A hospital that doesn’t care about patient and employee safety is a hospital that should not be running. Peoples lives depend on proper care. People whose lives deserve living. The community wants prime out.
The billing department is a joke. I received no paper or digital billing statement, so I didn't even know I owed them money until I logged into the new portal. Okay, I paid my bill. I keep getting calls from them saying I haven't paid when my account shows zero balance. When I try to call to ask about what's going on, I wait on hold until they hang up on me as soon as they pick up. They don't even say anything before throwing me away.
