After being sent to the ER from the cancer care center I Currently sitting in the second room after being moved with no explanation been here since 1 pm yesterday, everyone is rude I’m being ignored Rang the call bell 3 hours ago no one came tv don’t work.. have a bad ass infection in my leg legit oozing everywhere they won’t clean me give me pain meds nothing..
I would give them a zero if I could. They poorly manage/oversee their outpatient offices. If they did oversee them better they would see the untolerable unprofessionalism of unaswered phone calls, the run around they give you. Just incompetance in office practices.
Went in for a severe staph in my sinuses. Went from the ER waiting to triage and then right back out to waiting, never saw a doctor, never was even locked at in the whole 20 mins I was there. They handed me a script that wasn't even for my issue and then had the audacity to try and bill be for it. They are lucky I don't sue them. Luckily I went to a real hospital and got the help I actually needed. Shame on them
Refused to do a scan after a seizure, upped meds for the seizures, got the meds, and its more than they were supposed to be upped to and is above the overdose mg. Also failed to bill insurance repeatedly.
Clearly not following trauma informed care model. My father passed in May and burial service scheduled for 7/23/25. 72 year marriage and my mom, in part due to severe grief process, fell and sustained serious leg fracture requiring stabilization surgery on 7/20/25. As a result could not attend burial service on 7/23/25. Day before service I requested no intervention on 7/23/25 so that she could streamed service with my husband in her room.
