I recently had an elective surgery at CMMC. The attention to cleanliness and detail was insanely good. I never would have believed it based on my experiences in the ED. The pre-op nurses and genuinely every person who I interacted with was truly great. They were real, professional, comforting and relatable. CMMC needs to recognize their assets.
I will never have a natural birth or a c-section at this hospital. I stayed with my sister for 4 days here and it was miserable. The nurses do not check on you or even care. I was so upset the entire experience. Nobody deserves that, especially someone who just had a baby.
Had the pleasure of getting some above and beyond help from Ashton in the OBGYN office with an insurance nightmare. They are not even a member of my care team, just happened to be around the office during my meltdown and still made the effort to get me the answers and resources I needed. This employee is gold! :)
