It has now been almost two months, and I have received no resolution from Central Maine Motors ***** I sent them a quote from our local dealer to fix the problem, but they are not willing to cover the cost of the repair.I had a deeply disappointing experience with Central Maine Motors **** that I would not wish on anyone. **** dealership is trying to get out of repairs they are responsible for by saying that we bought our Ram truck us**. We bought it brand new and our title states that we did. We jave had nothing but terrible service from day 1. We got our first couple of oil changes there ant ask** that the tires be rotat** they never rotat** them not once. I dont trust the service center, they have told me twice my car needs certain parts replaced and they have not. I had to take my Jeep for a second opinion once due to the service garage told me I needed a new drive shaft at $1500 and it didnt, they also said I needed a new shifting cable. Took that fir second opinion and no I didnt, I needed a new neutral safety switch. Both the parts they said I needed were not covered under the extended warranty I had purchased.
