The procedure was quick and easy. Front desk staff was great but “Timmy” talks in a hostile manner like he’s in a rush. Don’t know if he was upset or in a rush but I value respect and patience especially when I’m coming to be checked out for medical reasons. The encounter with him was quick but very impactful in a negative way, didn’t appreciate his attitude, needs to work on how he speaks to patients.
Everything was easy, calm and pleasant. Amazing service! Thank you
After too many calls to go earlier, I had to wait an hour and a half only to find out someone else was waiting inside to go before me! I left. Totally unprofessional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
