Horrid customer service from Sherri. Either her way or the highway type of lady. Picks up the phone (screaming) at 5:20pm EST and says they're closed. 1. on google it states 24 hours 2. if you are closed then don't pick up the phone Whenever I call she is screaming and calling me baby. I am not your baby so please do not call me that. Very demeaning and had the same exact experience as Beth Harris.
They have very friendly drivers,I just hate the fact that you can't stop to get a meal,I'm diabetic so I have to eat,but, otherwise it's a great transportation company
Wish I could give ZERO STARS LITERALLY CALLED A DAY BEFORE TO MAKE SURE THEY WOULD BE ON TIME HAD TO BE IN LAFAYETTE FOR A SURGERY AN DRIVER DIDNT COME TILL 8 WHEN SURGERY WAS FOR 9AM HOSPITAL CANCELED MY SURGERY DUE TO THEM NOT COMING AT THE SCHEDULED TIME I WAS TOLD ON THE PHONE WHICH WAS 7AM
