Five stars! These guys did an amazing job. Two other locksmiths I’d hired told me the lock had to be thrown away and replaced with a new one, but Central Lock & Key Store ,salvaged it and restored it to normal operation. It was a high security lock and a break-in attempt had left the lock worse for wear. Thanks guys! The lock on my door was a special decorative one and the locksmith I had originally purchased it from went out of business a year ago. The lockset wasnt working properly and so I called Central Lock & Key Store ,LLC to fix it. Eric arrived onsite within 15 minutes, took a careful look at the lock, dismantled it, re-aligned the components, lubricated it and refitted it. It worked flawlessly. Excellent work! Got my hopeless smart lock up and running in no time. Its only a temporary fix. Gary from Central Lock & Key Store ,LLC clearly told me that the lock Id purchased from the hardware store wasnt the real thing and advised me to change it as soon as I have the money for a new lock. Writing this review just after getting fitted with a brand new deadbolt by Central Lock & Key Store ,LLC. As stated on the phone, they came within 20 minutes. The technician was very friendly, quick with the job and charged me a reasonable fee. Wish Id found them sooner! I called Central Lock & Key Store ,LLC up around 6 am in the morning, as the staff was locked out of my office. I explained my situation to the dispatcher who listened intently and promised to send someone over right away. I received a call some ten minutes later from their locksmith apologizing for the delay and asking me to wait five minutes longer. Can’t thank Central Lock & Key Store ,LLC enough! I was terrified to death when I was stranded outside my home. My neighbors were on a vacation and I didn’t really know anyone else in Surprise, AZ. An online search saved me!My shaky voice was a dead giveaway. The dispatcher on the other end was very sympathetic assuring me of prompt help. Within twenty minutes, I was back inside my home. I couldn’t stop myself from stammering thanks to Jones, the technician who showed up for help!
