It absolutely infuriates me to recall the blatant injustice I witnessed a couple of summers ago, involving a young, innocent employee and a truly despicable woman named Beth. This company has been horrendous to work with. Our very large order did not come in time - of which we totally understand that sometimes shipping delays happen and things are out of our control. When we elevated our concerns to the owner, he somehow turned the delays and mistakes/lack of communication on his part on us and made us feel as if we were the problem.
