DW Jones management was not fair with their damage deposit refunds. We liked the apartment but they had 3 site managers in 3 years and the rent went up significantly all 3 years. I would shop around before I rented from them..
I've been living here since the beginning. I'm the 1st person to live in my unit with my kids. These apartments are beautiful and cozy and they come with washer and dryer. The building is very peaceful. There are camera through the building for safety. Attached garage and a elevator to get to your level floor. Rent is a bit pricey but better then other properties out there that's older. The DW Jones staff are excellent as well. The company is great they are quick to help set everything up and when I ask questions they let me know right away. Very clean and a nice quiet area in Alexandria! The central lakes walking trail is connected to the buildings trail.
