The irony in dealing with these people in hopes of relieving pain is that their care and service will cause you to feel more of it. Due to their horrendous lack of communication and basic human empathy they delayed my mothers treatment due to our family emergency requiring her to take our youngest with her and being denied care with zero prior disclosure that this would be the case. These are the most unprofessional people I have ever met. Trying to call the office and get a response is pointless, they literally never answer. The front desk ladies are so unapproachable, they make you not even want to check in. I don’t want to say it’s a race thing, but it seems very racially motivated. If I had d another option at this point I would take it IMMEDIATELY. Hate it!
I have all seen all the Drs in this office. Excellent Drs, excellent staff, compassionate, understanding, throughly explanations, and I highly recommend them!
Was in constant pain. They performed work on my spine and I feel much better.
