My wife called last week to see if the doctor would check on the work he did to her toe. She gets a call from the office this morning and explains what she needs they state well we can't see you without a cancellation. The staff member that spoke to her over the phone is a rude individual and should learn a little compassion. Not everyone will be treated like this I'm sure. For the ones that do I understand your frustration.
