Not even sure if you can rate a zero cause I went in with a script and they didn't even follow what was on the script! When I called to get my results they told me they were not in yet. Office staff rude as heck. Front desk needs to go to school for being polite. None the less 30 minutes later they called and scheduled me to come in to go over results. Very rude!
Seriously awful….. had lab work done over a month ago regarding a sickness no help no treatment …
The most unprofessional and dirty office I have ever been to. After waiting 42 minutes to even be checked in because the "office manager" was on a personal call the entire time making her own doctor appointments. I literally walked out. Avoid this place like the plague.
The most rude and unhelpful office manager I have dealt with in a long time. If they treat their patients like this lady does on the phone, I'd rather go to a witch doctor. Stay clear of this place if you can. I hope I find another Dr..
