I am extremely disappointed with this orthodontic practice. While my son was already in the chair, the staff identified a broken bracket and chose not to take the 10 minutes needed to repair it. Instead, we were told to leave and schedule another appointment. Allowing a pediatric patient to leave with a known broken bracket—when it could have been easily fixed on the spot—is unacceptable. I highly recommend Central Jersey Orthodontics!! From start to finish was such an easy experience. Dr. Hsieh and her team completely transformed my daughter’s smile! Can’t wait to get my son started!
Dr. Hsieh and the whole Central Jersey Orthodontics team is the best! The amount of care and attention that they provide to each patient is unlike any other office/doctor. If I felt any pain or discomfort, they will take me right away to make sure I feel comfortable. Dr. Hsieh takes the time to discuss everything with you thoroughly and makes sure you are constantly in the loop about your treatment plan. I am so thankful that I am working with this team and appreciate everything they have done for me!
Jenna and I had a great experience with Dr Hsieh! Every visit she was very thorough and patient. The staff is absolutely incredible! We are very pleased with the results of our smiles. Highly recommend for anyone needing braces to go here :) Here is a picture of the great results!
