I am writing to express my formal dissatisfaction regarding my recent visit for an annual routine cleaning on June 19th, 2026. While the visit began fine, I was disappointed when the dental hygienist initially asked me to reschedule due to being short-staffed. Because appointments are difficult to secure, I chose to wait an additional 30 minutes rather than leave.
