If I could give 0 stars, I would. I spent over 15 minutes rotating between a message telling me someone will pick up in 2 minutes, hold music, and finally the phone ringing as if it is connecting me to someone only to then get bounced back to the recording so it can start the cycle all over again. All I needed was an appt., it shouldn't be difficult.
Excellent staff and service. Experienced professionals to be trusted. Only issue is getting through to them over the phone, rarely get someone and extremely long holds. Maybe understaffed, so I hope that part improves soon.
I asked for specific services. The lady never advised me of what could not be done. The staff was not pleasant a little cold. I will never be returning here.
