Staff is amazing!! Jimmy has been working on my cars for 20 years. I feel like family. He has even had his guys drop my car off to me when i didnt have a ride to go pick it up. Honest, friendly, and reliable. I would never take my car to anyone else. There have been plenty of times I have thought my car had an issue and he has told me nothing was wrong with it. Unlike some other places that would have made a issue happen. Also he doesn't charge you to check out a problem like most places do. Love them!!!
The staff works fast & is customer friendly. Jimmy is very respectful of customer needs & listens to all issues . I'm very satisfied, and will continue to drive from Massapequa for car service. Thanks Central Islip Firestone !!
Criminals! How does a simple oil change goto DRAINING THE COOLANT from the vehicle? Also HOW IN THE WORLD DO YOU BREAK THE DAMN THING JUST TO REFILL IT? Then have the nerve to charge to fix the problem you made? Then STOLE THE RECEIPT. REALLY? Disgusting and CRIMINAL!
