I bought my hot tub from them 4 years and 10 months ago. I know this because my hot tub has a 5 year warranty. The heater went bad and Jesus came and replaced it with no issues. He's extremely friendly, helpful, and know his stuff. I've had 3 or 4 warranty calls (very minor issues) for this tub over the years and every single time, they have taken care of the issue with no problems at all. You won’t find a more knowledgeable or friendly pool company in Iowa. They are efficient in all they do. Experienced in cleaning, maintaining and recommending the necessary items to make your pool be the best it can be. I’ve worked with this company for many many years. They are the greatest. There is absolutely no where else to do business for anything pool/spa and many other things. They remember your name and only push what you need. You will Never catch this team not smiling or happy to assist. If you have never been to Central Iowa and are looking to do business trust me stop in and let them show you how things are supposed to be done. Give them a try before you make a purchase somewhere else it’s worth the stop.
