We visited the booth at the fair looking to purchase or order. We were not welcome to look in the sample trailer at all and the lady was very rude. She said she was trying to keep it clean for the person that may actually buy the trailer. We were not impressed and walked away.

I just purchased a custom Featherlite trailer in hopes of building the trailer I dreamed of. It was a terrible experience.
