Don't use this appraisal company. They are incompetent. Robbie somehow manages to appraise my house $50k less than an appraiser did a year earlier. I had to give her properties around me that sold when we disputed appraisal, isn't that her job? My house is 8 years old and she used houses 20 years old further away from us than a brand new 2 story just down the street. Then she left the old houses on appraisal still.
