Having a phone number I could call and talk with a person when reserving a unit was the deciding factor for choosing My Storage. The rep was pleasant and helpful too, which was an additional benefit.
The person i talked to on the phone to set up an account was extremely nice and helpful. I haven’t seen the unit I've rented yet - Im going there today.
