I love them. They care about you
Had a leak in my home for many months now, still WILL NOT fix it. They let holes under your home and don’t care if your pipes freeze. There’s a dead animal in my vent, been months and they won’t fix it. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. DO NOT get roped into a year lease with them. Also, you have to notify them 90+ days in advance before your lease ends if you want to move out or it will automatically renew for another year.
