Don’t do it. I went to this office my first pregnancy and every single visit I felt dumb for asking any questions due to the snarky answers I would receive. Front staff is rude. Absolutely no personal connection at all from anyone at the office including Dr Kossler. I felt very rushed at all my appointments. Fast forward to after I had my baby I was having some issues, spoke to the office about them and they continued to blow me off. Please do not go to this place, there are so many better options. I went in for an appointment today and immediately when I walked in, the nurses up front were talking badly about other patients when they weren’t around. Also, as one of the nurse practitioners Maddie walked out of my room she made a condescending comment about me to another nurse or whoever it was thinking I couldn’t hear. I would give 0 stars if I could. To ask if my 4 year old daughter (who is wearing a mask) would be ok to sit in a waiting room full of strangers & near doors to a busy road BY HERSELF bc of covid & not being allowed in a room..I am beyond disgusted. Everywhere else she is welcome. I will never step foot in this office or recommend them again. **I too was told that I have PCOS, sent to an endocrinologist who told me I shouldn't have been sent to them. Dr. Kossler was nice but the office manager was extremely rude and dismissive. I asked to have intermittent fmla for a list of medical reasons and because I had to take time off of work just for an office visit. The office manager said it is their personal policy not to do it and that a drs note should suffice for my job when I had to miss work.
