Corey was prompt efficient and throughout his work diligent and willing to explain any and everything. He pointed out several attempts by the seller and listing realtors to be shady. I truly appreciate his honesty and ethics. As I have found during the process those are not easy to come by in the town I am purchasing in. I have found the one ethical agent in my town (Macomb). And have now experienced a ethical inspector.

Corey was very professional, easy to talk to, and did a fantastic report for two houses we were looking to purchase. Corey also contacted me a day after recieiving the report to make sure I did not have questions or concerns. If your a first time home buyer or looking for another house you can't get any better. #bestofthebest

Corey did my home inspection on our first ever home purchase. Everything checked out minus a few minor issues that he noted on the extremely detailed, easy to read print out that he gave us, which included pictures for a nice visual. We moved into the home and found that Corey overlooked a minor drywall issue. After contacting him, he eent above and beyond and actually came to our home to install new drywall himself. Everyone makes mistakes, Corey is one of the few businesses that will correct those mistakes.
